Applications to Canadian Institutions
We at ILOC, always recommended that you plan for studies in Canada at least a year ahead so as to keep up with the pace of international applications which involves number of steps. Canadian Institutions normally have two major intakes. One is the ‘Fall’ semester that begins in September every year and another intake is the ‘Winter’ semester that starts in January. However, there are some institutions which have an additional intake in May. There are very limited intake in July and October also. Application deadlines for each semester vary from one institution to another and that too depends on the programs and number of seats available. ILOC will assist you for checking the dates and if the institutions are accepting applications still for a certain intake/program before you intend to apply. There are colleges with rolling/waitlist admission policy also depending on the popularity of the course.
