Application Procedure





How to apply to Australian Universities:

Australia normally offers mainly two intakes i.e. February and July, with few Universities offering multiple intakes in August/September/October and November as well. It is advised that students should start applying ideally 6-7 months prior to their intake. The application turn-around-time generally may vary from one week to six weeks.

To confirm a place on a course one should:

  • Apply to the chosen universities along with supporting documents

  • receive a Letter of Offer with Conditions mentioned, if any

  • receive an electronic Confirmation of Enrollment (eCoE);

  • apply for a student visa.


While applying for admission you will need to provide evidence of:

  • Academic achievements (mark lists, passing certificates); Resume, SOP, 2 reference letters, Passport copy and experience letter ( if applicable)

  • Gap certificate/Backlog details

  • English language proficiency
